If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we have a comprehensive Refund & Return policy.


Refund & Return Policy

• All new customers may cancel their account within the first 30 days of service,
  and receive a complete refund.
  
  
• Existing customers of 30 days or more, may cancel their account at any time,
  and receive a partial refund.

Partial refunds depend on your billing cycle:

Annual Payment Customers:
Customers that pay in a single annual payment, will be refunded an amount equal to their non elapsed calendar months. For example a customer who cancels on 10th October, will be refunded the 2 non elapsed months of November and December.

Monthly Payment Customers:
Customers who pay monthly will not be billed for any subsequent months following the date of notification of cancellation. In the event the customer cancels within 5 days of the monthly payment date, the current month may also be refunded at the discretion of XenPlanet.


Cancellations and refunds may take time to process.
We shall endeavour to settle refunds within one month of the cancellation date.
