99.9% Uptime SLA
Our
Service Level Agreement includes a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
This means if we do not achieve 99.9% uptime in a
particular month, we will credit your account with an amount equal to the downtime that you experienced.
In reality, our uptime has been much better than 99.9% - for example in the first quarter of of 2006,
our uptime was 99.988 % (there was a scheduled 15min maintenance of one of our servers).

We have confidence in our technology and our support. So, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our hosting fees.

Each of our Xen servers comes with Free Health Monitoring - meaning that you can relax in the
knowledge that
if anything bad happens to your server you will be notified automatically. Each server is pinged

every 5 minutes to produce MRTG uptime graphs.
You can also set up monitoring of particular service ports (HTTP, SMTP etc) and be alerted by email
or SMS message if a particular service fails to respond.
Free Global DNS
In partnership with Global DNS Services, all our customers can avail of globally
distributed DNS free of charge. If you are interested in this option, just
